工作职责:
• Confirm with SE team and module team regarding validation scope and requirement.
• Setting up and approving the Module DVP and validation plan (including timeline according to project synchro plan).
• Generation of system level and component level DVP and specification together with SE-Team for all the parts of module KD/KF(front end/ rear end)
• Supplier validation plan (component level) confirmation and approving.
• Budget planning and steering.
• Regular exchange with CoC in MUC “testing and validation exterior trim” . Ensure the latest test method improvement and align the best practice.
• Steering and coordinating the external test planning, facilities, prototype parts, PBUs, test partners, to ensure a qualified test achieved.
• Internal knowledge transfer with testing team in BBA
• Prioritize conflicting test requirement in multi projects.
• Target achievement of test planning,budget,quality, time schedule,etc.

• Relevant work experience of exterior parts design or validation
• Project management skills
• In depth knowledge of BMW or BBA processes
• Multitask handling ability
• Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.
• Language: English
Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Management/Industrial Design/Materials Science.
• Minimum 3-year experience working in automotive industry at OEM or supplier.
• Complete BMW project experience is an add on.
