Platilon® TPU 薄膜：适用于各行各业的功能性薄膜
现场发泡(FIP)工艺是一种聚氨酯化学品反应，由此产生的泡沫可用于填充切割与缝制层压零件或模具两个部分之间的空隙。
我们的Dureflex®和Platilon®热塑性聚氨酯薄膜起到屏障的作用，防止反应中的聚氨酯泡沫渗入到切割缝制零件的层压板内。当泡沫填充空隙的同时，与TPU薄膜在切割缝制的层压板内侧紧密结合，令层压外表面与泡沫紧密贴合。
在模塑成型零件中，随着泡沫的膨胀，TPU薄膜紧贴模具轮廓不断延伸，通过聚氨酯化学为塑模提供极佳的保护。此外，它还为泡沫零件成品形成一道紧密贴合的屏障，防止潮湿与污染。
除了鞋垫和建筑模型外，Dureflex®和Platilon®薄膜还可用于汽车座椅、扶手和头枕。我们的TPU薄膜为汽车内饰零件提供卓越质量和优美外观。
