Responsibilities
1.Conduct end-to-end failure analysis for product, subassembly and component level. Can define test plan and validation of process, Has good capability in material analysis, assembly method and product knowledge.
2.Can well apply structured problem-solving tools (5Why, Fishbone, FMEA, 8D, DOE, Minitab) to establish evidence chain and confirm root cause.
3.Generate formal FA technical reports, clearly record failure mode, raw data, root cause and recommended corrective actions
4.Collaborate closely with function team (mechanical design, tooling, ME) to implement improvement actions (material change, molding process optimization, assembly method, etc.)
5.Good capability in supplier development and evaluate outsource parts problem. Collaborate closely with SQE drive supplier's design, process and corrective actions.
Requirements
1.College or above with Engineering major
2.NPI engineering 5 years or above
3.CET-4 or above, Six Sigma Green Belt or above
4.Household Product, Personal Care Product, Design Standards, Safety Standards and Statistical knowledge
5.Good proficiency in English speaking, listening, reading and writing
