岗位职责：
1. 制作和更新报价及成本计算的PMP。
2. 根据PMP生成和更新相关工艺文件，如流程图、作业指导书等，为生产线提供完整指导。
3. 根据试生产结果编制分析报告，如PEMEA/DFM等，避免潜在的使用和生产风险。
4. 按照PMP、PFMEA和DFX跟进设备、工具、夹具及生产线的设计、开发、调试、试运行和验证。
5. 根据流程图、设备、工具、生产线和物料包装绘制或更新详细生产布局，确保新产品的生产物流顺畅。
6. 按照Hayco NPI流程跟进试生产。
7. 排除和解决已经运行的工艺或设备的生产过程问题。
8. 向产品设计团队反馈与制造相关的问题，以保证产品质量并简化装配。
9. 就新技术设备和材料的获取与使用提供建议。
10. 定义制造设备的TPM活动。
11. 执行备件管理和资产管理。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Make and update PMP for quotation and cost calculation.
2. Generate and update related process documents based on PMP such as flowchart, work instruction, etc. to provide full guidance to production line.
3. Compile analytic reports based on the outcome of pilot production such as PEMEA/DFM etc. to avoid potential risk of usage and production.
4. Follow up designing, developing, debugging, trial-run and verifying the equipments, tools, fixtures and production line according to PMP, PFMEA and DFX.
5. Draw or update the detailed production layout based on flowchart, equipment, tools, production line and material packaging to ensure smooth production logistics of new products.
6. Follow up pilot production in accordance with Hayco NPI process.
7. Troubleshoot and solve production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
8. Provide feedback to manufacturing related issues to product design team to ensure product quality and simplify assembly.
9. Provide recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials.
10. Define TPM activities of manufacturing equipment.
11. Execute spare parts management and asset management..
任职要求：
1. 制造/机电/自动化工程或相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 具备3年以上制造工程或相关工作经验。
3. 在塑料组装行业拥有制造工艺、工艺控制、TPM活动及NPI流程经验者优先。
4. 精通精益制造、制造工艺、FMEA、TPM、QMS & EMS者为佳。
5. 具备制造过程中的质量管理体系合规经验。
6. 积极进取的态度，具备制造技术相关方面的知识和技能。
Job Requirement：
6. Bacherlor degree in Manufacturing/Mechatronic/Automation engineering or related.
7. 3 years and above experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related.
8. Experienced in manufacturing processes, process control, TPM activities & NPI processes on plastic assemble industry is advantage.
9. Solid knowledges and technical skills in Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing processes, FMEA, TPM, QMS & EMS is bonus.
10. Quality Management System compliance in manufacturing.
11. Commit to Success, Can do Atittude & Technical knowhow in manufacturing technology related aspects.
