Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for product direct and indirect material, mold master data maintenance and ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all data in multiple factories worldwide;
• Collaborate with Product Engineer to configure and maintain BOMs in SAP based on the requirements of each factories;
• Execute the Product Engineering Change Notice (ECN) in product lifecycle, keep monitoring and driving for ECN performance improvement;
• Manage the various Product Engineering Documents and drawings, ensuring version control and orderly archiving;
• Coordinate with matrix teams includes but not limited R&D, Product Engineering, PMC, Sourcing, Finance etc… provide master data/BOM support and relevant issue solving
• Perform other clerical and data support tasks.
Requirements:
• Full-time college degree or above, proficient in Office applications
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong teamwork, communication, problem solving
• Sensitive to data and rules, demonstrate strong logical thinking and categorization skills
• Experience with SAP ERP ,PLM is prefer
• Good level of English, both spoken and written
