减少料筒温度对色差的影响
生产中常常会遇到因某个加热圈损坏失效或是加热控制部分失控长烧造成料筒温度剧烈变化从而产生色差。这类原因产生的色差很容易判定，一般加热圈损坏失效产生色差的同时会伴随着塑化不均现象，而加热控制部分失控长烧常伴随着产品气斑、严重变色甚至焦化现象。因此生产中需经常检查加热部分，发现加热部分损坏或失控时及时更换维修，以减少这类色差产生几率。

Purge compound
需使用PP或 PE清洗干净机台螺杆，且把机台射嘴彻底清除干净Please make sure you that you have cleaned the machine screw with PP or PE, and put the machine nozzle thoroughly clean
请选择以PE或EVA为基材之色母，切勿使用以PVC为基材者。另外加工时请采用较高的螺杆转速和较高的背压，才能让着色剂达到较好的分散效果Please select color master batch on PE or EVA material with the exception of PVC.Higher screw speed and backpressure are needed for better colorant dispersion.
二次料（水口料）回收比率建议最多5%.
Consistent regrind usage of up to 5% is permissible.
